FAQs & Shipping Info

Q: Where are the items shipping out from?
A: Seattle, WA, USA

Q: Do you ship internationally (i.e. outside the USA)?
A: Yes! But if you're located in the UK/EU, please order from my Etsy shop instead (link TBA). I'm also unable to ship to countries that USPS deems restricted: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm. Any orders from the UK/EU or a restricted country will be refunded.

Q: Does my order include tracking?
A: Tracking is included for most major countries (see the full list here: https://support.pirateship.com/en/articles/2094182-list-of-countries-with-usps-e-delcon-international-tracking). Please contact me about an order if you would like to add tracking and it is not already included. 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 days for preparing and shipping out the order. US orders will usually ship within 3-7 days. International orders will ship within 1-4+ weeks. 
Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19, shipment time may take longer than estimated. Thank you for your patience. 

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final and I do not accept refunds or returns. However, contact me if your order is incorrect or damaged. 

Q: Will you be selling merch of _____ in the future?
A: If you'd like to see merch of another character, feel free to let me know! I will take it into consideration as I make new merch.
